Directors are elected at the annual
General Meeting and serve for two year terms. One half of the
board is up for election each year. Board of Directors Meetings
are normally held on the second Tuesday of the month. Locations
rotate to the various BMW Dealers that allow us to use their
meeting facilities. |

* Ian Clark has stepped
in to replace Dave Beddows as Treasurer. After 4 years on the
board Dave has resigned his board positions to allow for some
well deserved free time, and to pursue other interests.
Ron Dempsey took over Vice President when John Levine resigned
his post, Dean Schindell has been appointed to fill the remaing
directors seat. |
