We would like to register for the 2001 Okanagan Winery Tour!
We have read the notice and itinerary and understand that
this tour is limited to twenty people only.
(HERE'S THE FINE PRINT) We realize
that possibly copious amounts of alcohol could be consumed, and
much laughter enjoyed, and that it would be illegal for any participant
to drive a vehicle after drinking, regardless of the laughter.
Therefore we agree to take the bus provided and not to use our
car on March 30. We accept full responsibility thereafter to
drive only within the legal alcohol and speed limits, and will
not hold BMWCCBC and/or its directors liable in any way for any
predicament we may encounter arising from alcohol we consumed
while on any part of the tour.
We understand that there is a
possibility that more than twenty people may want to make this
trip, and that if we are accepted,
OUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. If we must cancel,
and if other members are willing to use our space,
IT IS SOLELY OUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact them to fill
the vacancy in order to retrieve our deposit cheques.
**If the trip is cancelled by BMW CCBC. for any reason.,
all deposits will be refunded in full.
We also understand that special
dietary needs cannot be accommodated on this limited excursion.
We include with this registration,
a cheque payable to BMW Car Club of BC in the amount of $445.00
per couple as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on the cost of
the trip. We also enclose a post-dated cheque in the amount of
$430.00 dated May 5, 2001 as THE REMAINING NON-REFUNDABLE
BALANCE. (Singles, please remit $300.00 + $245.00).
