As if any of our members really needed an excuse to take the trusty 'Bimmer' out for a spin.
Well in case you need one the club holds several "Fahrt Ins Blaue" Day Trips a year. Fahrt Ins Blaue literally translated mean 'Drive into the Blue'. Which in our case means a day drive with an undisclosed destination.
A good excuse to get together with a bunch of other enthusiasts and drive around the country side. We explore all kinds of places, especially those where the road calls for enjoyment, that elusive 'Freude am Fahren' that is provided by driving what BMW so appropriately calls the 'Ultimate Driving Machine'.
Be sure to join us as we take several of these trips in the spring, summer and fall. For the next drive check the Calendar.
What to bring: yourself, your BMW, a full tank of gas, camera and film, some food or money for lunch out and you are set. The route for the day is disclosed at the drivers meeting. Sample route maps of previous events are available on our maps page. Come and enjoy one of these scenic trips. Yes they are meant to be family events.
