About BMW CCBC DIY Tech Sessions:

The concept behind the CCBC DIY Tech Sessions is simple. Despite their high-performance nature and sophisticated German engineering, BMWs are in fact some of the easiest and most satisfying cars to maintain and do basic maintenace and repair work on. Given the critical importance of regular maintenance and the high costs of professional service, it only makes sense that a BMW owner should do much of this routine, easy work themselves and save their dollars for better things. It is not just about saving money - there are time savings and the satisfaction of doing something for yourself as well.
When you consider the hassle of leaving your car at the shop, you often come out ahead in terms of time spent since many of the jobs take less time than driving to the shop. As long as you have decent tools and take care not to get in over your head, doing your own maintenance and repair can be highly enjoyable and nobody is going to care more about doing it right than you are!

The next DIY Tech and Information session is planned for Wed August 28th, 2002
Topic will be "fuel filter and in-tank fuel pump replacement on an E30 3 series"

To attend this session you must RSVP to Zenon Holtz.
