Feb 03, '03 BMW Group increase revenues to 42,282 million
The financial year 2002 has again been a very successful one for the BMW Group. Despite the difficult worldwide economic situation, the BMW Group was able to continue its growth course and set new records in terms of sales volume and revenues. As announced in the letter to shareholders, total revenues rose by 9.9% to euro 42,282 million in 2002 (2001: euro 38,463 million). Revenues of the Automobiles segment increased by 13.8% to euro 38,179 million (2001: euro 33,542 million) and those of the Motorcycles segment by 6.7% to euro 1,130 million (2001: euro 1,059 million). The Financial Services segment recorded a 9.3% increase in revenues to reach euro 8,213 million (2001: euro 7,514 million).

BMW Group Canada sales still hot despite cold January weather - sales up 29% over same month last year.
Whitby, Ontario ... BMW Group Canada announced today record-breaking sales for the month of January, recording combined (BMW & MINI) automobile sales of 860 units a 29% increase over the same month last year.
 
Jan 10, 03 BMW Group Canada's retail network expands nearly 10% with the opening of four new retail centres.
BMW Group Canada's retail network is expanding nearly 10% within the next week with the simultaneous opening of four new retail centres. Budds' BMW Hamilton (Hamilton, Ontario), BMW Gallery (Calgary, Alberta), and Parkview BMW (North York, Ontario) will be completely operational by January 15, 2003. Meanwhile, MINI will expand into the Alberta market with the opening of MINI Crowfoot, a stand-alone MINI showroom associated with BMW Gallery.
The four new retail centres open following BMW Group Canada's recent
announcement of its 12th consecutive year of increasing sales, with 2002
sales up 30% over 2001.
 
Jan 3, 03 BMW Group Canada breaks all previous sales results - sales rose 30% in 2002.
BMW Group Canada announced today its 12th consecutive year of record-breaking sales, recording combined (BMW & MINI) automobile sales of 16,622 units in 2002 - an incredible 30% increase over the 2001 record figure of 12,702. The year end sales results follow a record-breaking December sales month, with 1,260 vehicles delivered to customers, up 50% over the 838 units sold in the same month last year.
